CancellationsOut of respect for other tour groups, and to maintain booking flexibility, cancellations need to be made within two weeks of the visit. Therefore, cancellation less than 2 weeks in advance or "no-shows" will result in a charge of $75.00.
Cancellations need to be person to person--messages left on voice mail are NOT acceptable. In case of rain, Trunnell's will make any cancellation decisions the morning of the trip. Please call that morning if you have any questions. If cancellation is due to weather, the above fee will be waived for all cancellations, and Trunnell's will be happy to assist in rescheduling your tour.
